Katie & Andy's E-Session

Katie & Andy are such a super sweet couple. Kelly & I enjoyed hanging out with them and watching how adorable they are together, they talked about their dog (who is the size of a horse) and it gave us a glimpse of who they are as a couple. They were up for everything during our time together......and we are just IN LOVE with what we got that day.

Katie totally reminds us of Niki Taylor with her "super model" good looks :) And Andy was a total gentleman with one of the best smiles.

Kate & Chris - E Session

We were looking forward to our engagement session with Kate and Chris, because we totally hit it off with them during their wedding consult.  And they did not disappoint!  They are such a fun-loving couple, and it totally came through in these photos.

We had a blast exploring downtown St. Louis with them, and the urban feel of these images are a perfect compliment to the location of their wedding at the beautiful Chandler Hill Winery in September.

However, Mother Nature owes us big-time, after our third shoot in a row of having to come up with alternative locations because of rain.  But we wouldn't change a thing, because we ended-up with pics that captured their playful and sweet personalities . . .

We got an added bonus with Chris' son Remington joining us for the entire shoot.

He was a huge help carrying our gear, and he was a delight to be around.

A truly sweet and well-behaved kiddo :)

A Beautiful Bridal

This was our first ever "Bridal" shoot and we were very excited when Jess suggested it. It is something that is very popular in the South and something (along with Proposal shoots..which we also shot our first one this year) we hope catches on in the Midwest.

Jess was absolutely stunning...and totally knows how to work a camera. You would never know by the looks of these photos that we were dealing with pouring down rain...but Kelly and I put our heads together and came up with some amazing light filled back up locations. We could not be happier with how these turned out...we are so very proud of these images and are thrilled to be shooting this beautiful Bride's wedding in July. It is going to ROCK.
