Kate & Chris - Part One :)

After spending time with Kate, Chris, & Remington this Spring shooting their engagement images, we could hardly wait for their day.  We had the best time with these three, and we knew their wedding would be more of the same.  Kate is this incredibly sweet and thoughtful laid-back bride, Chris is always out for a good-time (you will see that in all the smiles), and Remington is just this really awesome kid with a quick-witted personality and smiles.  What a perfect combination.

Plus, we were excited to have a new venue to shoot at!  They chose Chandler Hill Winery as the location for both their ceremony and the reception, and it was an exceptional backdrop for this event!!!  The views of Missouri wine country were positively stunning on this early Fall day.

Here's a glance at the first part of their day . . .

Rem being his charming self :)

We told you that Chris is always out for a good-time, this is one of MANY smiles seen throughout the day! lol

Kate's Dad with Rem and her nephews.

See what we mean by those spectacular wine country views?!?!?

Any guesses as to why some have a fish sticker?

We had so much fun with Katie and her girls! And we must say....WOW! Katie was a stunning Bride :)

Chris is very close to his "second family", his brothers from the pipefitters union.  Loved the variation in age, and the fact that he wanted this many guys to be a part of his day.  What a true testament to the brotherhood of this family.

The girls watching the guys out the window, as they were getting ready for the ceremony.

Kate's Dad's first glimpse of his daughter.  I almost burst into tears, it was so awesome to witness these two before walking down the aisle together.

Time to get married!!! And how about that view :)

Have we mentioned that Katie looked stunning!! Love the grip her Dad had on her hand :)

Kate, Chris & Rem,

What a fun walk through the first part of your day.
Blogging this brought huge smiles back to our faces,
and I'm sure it had the same affect for you all.
It was so worth the wait!  We will keep
you posted on your second look next week ;)

Hugs,
Kelly & Lisa
