Amanda & Scott

Amanda and Scott were married on Father's Day, and we met them at this quaint house were the whole wedding party was getting ready together.

Amanda's dress was just gorgeous....and her shoes....oh her shoes, we fantasised about stealing them off her feet at the end of the night :)

They had two adorable little flower girls, they were so excited to be getting ready with the "big girls"...and we loved the pops of red in the flowers in their hair and their shoes.

We were working with a really tight time frame, so Amanda and Scott opted for the increasingly popular "first look".....we love how excited Scott looks :)

The initial reaction is always different for each couple, and always special.

Then we headed out with just moments to spare for a few quick pics before the ceremony was to begin. This wedding party was up for the idea for an unusual spot that was close by. Loved that they were so easy going...and we really loved the blue skies :)

And the gorgeous couple! Easy going....that is the best way to describe these two....Amanda was as far opposite of a "Bridezilla" as you could get. Love us some laid back Brides :) Especially when they can work a camera like Amanda can.

On to the ceremony, were we immediately set our sights on their beautiful wedding cake.

This angel represented Scott's mom, whom passed last year. It was so very touching that this angel sat in the front row and was at various people's tables through out the night. We have no doubt that Scott's mom was there with us all.

And it is show time :)

After the ceremony we grabbed the fabulous wedding party for just a few more photos.

Ummm, yea....we still are drooling over those shoes.

And a few minutes of alone time. We rocked it out fast and it helps to have a super easy couple to work with.

Then it was "party time".....we think Scott was most excited about eating :) We heard his stomach growling a few times...haha!

A great capture by Kelly of a sweet intimate moment.

Lisa grabbed this shot of the fabulous favors for the guests. They each got a bottle of wine (yea...that is our kind of favor). The coolest part was that the bottles were engraved with the lovely Bride & Grooms names and wedding date. So cool!!

Scott & Amanda,
We truly enjoyed working with you guys. You two were so easy
going and go with the flow. Even with the few things that didn't go
100% as planned, you never let it ruin your day. That speaks volumes about
the kind of marriage you two will have. If you can keep your cool in good times
and bad...it will be smooth sailing.
Many Wishes of Happiness!!!
Lisa & Kelly
